It's unclear why a controller is required for this.
This includes photographs located in soldiers' bunk beds, as you can see in the video above. You can then use your controller to fly around the Avenger, exploring things that otherwise could not be seen. From there, enter the command 'toggledebugcamera' without the quotation marks and hit enter. With that done, open up the game and hit the ~ or \ keys to bring up the console.
